V B Plasto Industries Pvt Ltd was established in 2010 with a vision to provide high-quality precision plastic components to the Indian manufacturing sector. Starting with an initial investment of ₹20 Lakhs, the company has grown remarkably to achieve a turnover of ₹12–14 Crore, with a target of ₹20 Crore by FY 2026–27.

We specialize in thermoplastic injection moulding, in-house mould manufacturing, screen printing, and assembly solutions. Our manufacturing range covers components from 1 gram to 2.2 kg, serving industries including electrical, electronics, automotive, medical, agriculture, and food packaging.

With 11 servo-driven injection moulding machines (90T to 530T), a fully equipped tool room with 135+ active moulds, and a team dedicated to quality and precision, we are a complete single-source manufacturing partner for OEMs.

2010 — Foundation

VB Plasto Industries established with initial investment of ₹20 Lakhs and vision for precision plastic manufacturing.

2013 — First Major Client

Secured first major OEM contract, establishing credibility in industrial plastic components market.

2015 — Incap Partnership

Began partnership with Incap Contract Manufacturing Services Pvt Ltd — a relationship that continues strong today.

2018 — Tool Room Expansion

Invested in CNC VMC, EDM machines, and expanded tool room to handle 100+ active moulds in-house.

2021 — Capacity Upgrade

Added multiple servo machines reaching 11 IMMs with 530T maximum capacity. Turnover crossed ₹10 Crore.

2024 — ₹14 Crore Turnover

Achieved ₹12-14 Crore annual turnover with 300+ components and 15+ active industrial clients.

2026–27 — Target ₹20 Crore

Expanding capacity, targeting export markets, and aiming for ₹20 Crore turnover with enhanced capabilities.
